Aside from the airline industry, you’ll have more offers from companies in other industries that are also looking for a good customer service manager. A customer service manager is already a specific designation and it is easy to widen your scope to other industries. As long as you know how to handle a department, it’s a good starting point for any managerial position.

Using full text search will definitely give you the results of job search that you want. With this advanced searching method, you will be able to find jobs that are unknown to ordinary jobseekers.
