First, there are a number of opportunities for bagging a career with Home Depot. They accept part-timers and full time associates. At the same time, it’s not just all about sales. You can pursue a management career or administration, human resources, skilled trade professionals, as well as the field of Internet Technology. Go to their careers page and begin searching for a position you have in mind. You can also start by searching for the Home Depot location of your choice. Now, find out what Home Depot Employment has to offer. They have divided their benefits into five categories. First are the core benefits. The full-time employees of Home Depot are entitled to medical, dental, and visual care plans. At the same time, they get a health savings account and spending account. Of course, they get insurances like disability, life, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. For part time employees, you still get the medical, dental, and vision plans. Of course, you also get a life insurance and a short-term disability insurance. The second group of benefits is the financial benefit. Home Depot Employment entitles you to a FutureBuilder 401k, a direct deposit and credit union, and ESPP or Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Third group is the Time-Off Benefits.

With Home Depot Employment, you can enjoy vacation leaves, holidays, personal or sick days, jury duty, bereavement days, and LOA or leave of absence including a military leave. Home Depot also has what they call the Work/Life Benefits as the fourth category. Here, they provide reimbursement for tuition, relocation assistance, a program they call Building Better Health, Team Depot Volunteer Events, matching gift program, CARE-Solutions for Life, adoption assistance, beneficiary assistance program, and the special needs dependents assistance. Lastly, the group benefits are the legal service plan, long-term care insurance, veterinary pet insurance, and the auto and homeowners insurance.
