For those with questions about employment in Virginia, the Virginia Employment Commission website offers a list of frequently asked questions that cover a number of topics. One can find a complete explanation of the state of Virginia's employment guidelines. Forms for applying for an employer account number are available as are certification forms for establishing local youth councils.
