For one, every contract of employment will list the wages that the employee will receive. This is the case whether they will be getting paid an hourly wage or a yearly salary. If you promise regular raises to your employees, this should be in the contract as well. Really, if you promise anything to them when you hire them, including retirement packages and health insurance, it should be listed in the contract of employment.
